This could be really useful to allow multiple users to work with cassini from one server.
The current biggest issue seems that Jupyter Collaboration uses a different URL endpoint for opening files.
We currently explicitly bypass this.
It may also be possible to use their implementations of collaborative widgets to make meta collaboratively editable.

There is also a problem with the way Cassini identifies if a notebook corresponds to a tier.
Because it somehow extracts this from the URL, but the URLs have changed.
