[Bug] OBS can't capture the window

Describe the bug
When I use OBS to try to capture notepads in 'window capture' mode, I can't capture it. Only blank window shows up in OBS.

To Reproduce

• in OBS
• use window capture mode
• select notepads (use windows10 (1903 or higher version) capture method)

Expected behavior
expect it to function like normal window capture

Additional context
I have tried other UWP apps like 'terminal', it worked. so I suppose, this isn't a OBS not supporting UWP problem.
