【应用编排】-支持设置用户提问时输入或选择变量
场景：小助手需要嵌入到教育网站上，教育网站的知识库分为：小学、初中、高中 不同级别。用户提问时需要先选择对应的级别，在进行提问。若没有用户输入变量，则需要嵌入多个应用。
因此，若在工作流开始增加设置用户输入变量的功能，依据所选变量的值，检索不同级别的知识库即可满足该类场景问题。

请描述你建议的实现方案
