Add support for 1Password Environments

We are using the "new" 1Password Environments functionality; will this also be coming to this GitHub action?

Because that would make a big difference for us.

@TomKeur Varlock supports both Vaults and Environments (mix and match as you like) and we have an action.

We also recently rolled out caching support for 1Pass, which can speed up subsequent reads in the same runner.
