Don't remove comments when formatting

If, for example, in the command-line I execute pddl problem problem.pddl the formatted file will have the comments removed

I would like to have the comments to be kept where they are. Maybe add a command-line option for this if the default desired behavior is to remove the comments

thanks for the feature request! It would certainly be an interesting addition to the library. However, in doing that, I think we should give the user the choice to have them kept or removed.
It shouldn't be too hard to do, but it would certainly require some time. I'm a bit busy at the moment, and I don't know about the others. Why don't you give it a try? It could be a good first issue!
