Feature Request: Add DiNo to planutils

DiNo is a discrete universal PDDL+ planner. It uses UPMurphi with the SRPG+ heuristic. Would it be possible to add this to planutils or are there some restrictions?

Don't see why it wouldn't be possible! Just would require a DiNo author (@wiktor ?) to package it up with an appropriate Docker configuration.

We generally leave the package creation / inclusion to the authors, since we (planutils maintainers) can't possibly maintain all the packages individually. Very open to inclusion, though, and dino would be a welcome addition.
