If data is in geographic, Preview pane should use the Alaska Albers projection

1. The Alaska Albers is better for display than geographic. Set projection of preview to Alaska Albers if data is geographic.
2. Data should zoom to extents (typically a problem with geographic data)
3. If no layers are visible, turn on first layer.
