WIP: Ideas for v0.1.2 #16
Description
Just writing some ideas that I have for API milestone:
- mock weather API for tests and local development
- have banner when service is not available
- implement loading state when weather is loading
- cache weather requests for 10-15 min at least (maybe 1h)
