Expand Triton2Triton Task Set to 100+ Tasks

For the Triton2Triton task category, we need to significantly expand the task set so that the total number of tasks exceeds 100. All tasks should be classified by difficulty, with the final distribution across levels roughly following a 50 : 25 : 25 ratio for level1, level2, and level3, respectively.

Requirements:

1. Each task must include strict and reproducible test cases to validate both correctness and performance.
2. Try not to include binary files within the task
3. Task content should be closely related to large language model (LLM) operators, such as attention, GEMM, layer normalization, softmax, reduction, and fused operators.
