Description
Currently, to be able to use KPM functionality, shared-powerworkload must be created on Node. In it, kubelet reserved CPUs must be passed. This is needed to create reserved CPUs pool that wont be touched by KPM scheduler, and rest of CPUs will be moved to shared pool. CPUs can be then moved from shared to exclusive pools (assigned to containers). If we somehow could make discovery of reserved pool automatic, shared-powerworkload would not be needed at all.
The more important thing is that there is no mention in the README about this requirement, so while content of paragraph above could be enhancement or could not, adding clear and visible instruction with this is a must.
