Projects tab is missing many projects

AOSSIE already has many additional projects in https://github.com/AOSSIE-Org, https://github.com/StabilityNexus and https://github.com/DjedAlliance that are not appearing in the projects tab yet.

Find out which projects are missing and add them to helper/projects.js .

Include project logos when available.

I have tried a user-friendly approach for solving this PR #642. By providing essential switching and sorting. I would love to know your review of the approach. PS: You can check the dark mode screenshot in the PR It is completely responsive across all devices.

Thanks for working on this. However, I had already commented earlier on the issue, requesting to work on it and started working on a solution after that. Generally, contributors wait for the maintainer to assign the issue or ask for a request to work before proceeding, especially when someone has already expressed interest.

I’ve also opened PR #642 with an approach that restructures the projects page with categorised tabs and sorting for better usability and responsiveness.

Ultimately, the maintainers will decide which implementation best fits the project, but I just wanted to clarify the timeline and context here.

That said, when there are many contributors requesting assignment on an issue, raising a PR first actually shows initiative and commitment to the work. Maintainers often prioritize the PR that's already up and ready for review.
Both PRs are open now, let the maintainers decide what fits best! 🤝
