[Enhancement]: Add "Generate Body" and "Update Body"

Like in Gnat Studio, it could be wonderful to introduce the "Generate Body" from a package spec in VS Code extension.
Furthermore, an "Update Body" could be welcome to add in the body new subprograms declared in the spec.
