Some missing colors

1. Resharper hints. as told in another issue is still exists ReSharper Inlay Hints color issue #9
2. ASP TagHelpers attributes doesn't have a color different than common html tag attributes

I have a PR up that improves the vertical tab color issues which is number 3 here. The PR is #22.
