Offer Translated phrases

I love the responses, kudos for the website, it's fantastic. However, they don't mirror my native language, Portuguese.
Portuguese is very easy to translate to English and back and forth, with little or any change in meaning. An automatic translating plug-in for the responses would be great, I'd like to also volunteer myself to review the phrases in Portuguese if you'd like. That would make the website more accessible to the massive Brazilian market and possibly pave the way for more languages to come.

Hi, we did plan for translations at some point, but I just never got around it.
With AI these days, people likely want more customized messages than what the site provides in static content as of now.

Let me re-look at this again. Also if you are interested to provide support for it, feel free to open a PR, happy to look at it as well.
