Add data blocks for usage of the TF without building a new VPC entirely. #9
Description
- Add data block for initial VPC and Subnet
- Add slight writeup about building the TF from scratch or using the TF as a user of the existing Infra
- Add bucket mounting writeup and list of files needed in the bucket to run should the user want to make a run "portable"
Overall going to work on these here. Also working on Container improvements to ensure function of as many models, routing and data features as possible.
