CI: Code signing of installer fails in Job "Build Installer" #2600
Description
Estimated between 12 and 17 Dec the Windows CI machines were automatically updated.
The Gitlab runner did not start automatically after that (Tim solved that)
However, now the "build Installer" job fails in the code signing step with an error from signtool SignTool Error: No private key is available.
This needs some investigation on the CI machine, where e.g. the steps documented in the MIES developer docu section for the EV certificate renewal are executed (except the renewal itself) to identify why the sign-tool can not see the private key.
