Bricked IPhone 6 [FIXED]

When I tried two themes windows 8.1 and circle icons my phone screen stopped turning on after the app crashed and a hard reset doesn’t do anything but find my iPhone still shows it a a working device if anyone knows how to fix this I’d be greatful but my guess is the springboard crashed
My iOS ver is 12.4 jailbreak sock puppet 3.0 anemone latest ver
