Fix a UI/UX bug in the "Frequently Asked Questions" Section

Currently in the Frequently Asked Questions section, each tab is getting highlighted twice. This seems to be a bug where the hover event is being passed on from the parent to the child.

Suggested Improvements:
I propose to fix this by making sure the highlight happens only once on hover by making sure the on hover effect happens correctly.

Benefits:
Enhances the overall aesthetic of the website.
