I successfully ran the "Rainfall infiltration" example from Tutorial2025 using Anura2025. I am now attempting to follow the "Stress initialization from file" section. the model, fixities and mesh are as follows:
The input file 4.MAPF is consistent with the tutorial and is placed in the 4.A3D folder.
Stress initialization is configured to be assigned from an external file. All other parameters and boundary conditions are also set according to the tutorial as shown in CPS and GOM files. 4.CPS_001.txt 4.GOM_stage0.txt 4.MAPF.txt
However, the following error occurred: [ERROR] : (time step: 1) Particle 1 from element 1 lies outside the mesh. X, Y = NaN NaN.
In an attempt to debug, I examined the software's internal calculations and found that the variable IncrementalDisplacementSoil contains NaN values during the computation, , with the corresponding DofID also being output.. This appears to be the root cause leading to the subsequent particle-outside-mesh error.
Could you please advise on what might be causing this problem and how it can be resolved?
Thanks
