[Bug]: iPad OS端出现了打开之后闪退的现象 #694

Describe the bug|描述问题
- 打开anx，什么都没操作，直接闪退，重启也不解决问题。
- 重装anx之后，不用WebDaV导入数据，不闪退，配置好WebDaV后开始出现闪退现象
- 打开anx，快速点击除了书架以外的功能，如设置、笔记、AI等，不闪退，点回书架界面，开始闪退
iPad OS版本：18.6.2
anx版本：1.10.1+6279
To reproduce|重现步骤
打开anx，显示书架，什么都没操作，直接闪退
Expected behavior|预期行为
预期不应该出现闪退的情况。
