TTS speed #776
Description
Hello !Simone from Italy here,first your job is amazing, just it wold be super nice if you could implement a feature for setting thevoice's speed in tts module, in my opinion it should be increased by steps of 0,05 instead of 0,2 ,it results or too slow or just too fast.
