[Bug]: 前台实时运行听书时，跳章也会暂停（本地tts）

Describe the bug|描述问题

我看到很多人反应，在后台运行的时候，本地tts听书会出现问题
但是前台试试运行（打开书本没有任何操作就看着它读的时候）碰到下一章节，也会自动停止播放，高亮文字停留在“第x章”上（这段文字不会发声，只是高亮跳到那了
）
所以应该不是电池/后台的问题？
三个安卓手机，motos30/g55，海信a7水墨屏，都是这样的情况
希望能解决

1. Go to '...' | 前往...
2. Click on '...' | 点击...朗读
3. Scroll down to '...' | 向下滚动到...下一章
4. See error | 看到错误
