[Postgres] error with null dates. #48

Null dates produces the following error:

ormin/ormin/ormin_postgre.nim(143) test_db
Nim/lib/system/fatal.nim(49) sysFatal
Error: unhandled exception: index out of bounds, the container is empty [IndexError]
