DroneCAN/UAVCAN parameter menu doesn't retrieve all parameters

Mission Planner's DroneCAN/UAVCAN page's Parameter editor seems broken. For whatever reason it only shows a few parameters instead of all of them. Using can.ardupilot.org shows them all correctly so I'm pretty sure it's a MP issue and not a peripheral issue.

I've also seen the same issue with multiple different peripherals so again, the common factor seems to be mission planner

We can confirm the same issue. Our DroneCAN node works correctly with DroneCAN Web Tools and Babel, but Mission Planner sometimes stops parameter enumeration after the first GetSet response and does not send GetSet(index=1).
