Refactor/data-tables

Improve Progress, Purchase, and Relay tables focusing on:
- simplified consistent layouts across all screen sizes
- Better conditional routing for table items (route to lesson in course if lesson item is a lesson, route to more info on the relay to relay watch or something)
- Consistent icon usage
- anything else?
