Save draft before sending test email #1274

I noticed while sending a test email that the test didn't include my latest changes.

What seems to have happened is that my most recent changes didn't save and make it to Mailchimp when I triffered a test email to send.

It may be worth have the test email functionality trigger a save of the draft before requesting a test email send.
