Problem Statement

• After creating a script to automatically pause/resume Start and Stop SQL Synapse script #882, It would be great to deploy the Azure resources as part of the initial deployment of MDE deployment

Proposed Solution

• Create a PowerShell deployment script to automate the setup of the pause_resume_synapse.ps1 runbook in Azure Automation. The script should ensure idempotent deployment, handle resource group, Automation Account, managed identity, and schedule creation or updates dynamically.
