azure/login fails

We are experiencing the same login error with Azure that was previously reported at #447.

Below is the output we are getting:
Attempting Azure CLI login by using OIDC...
Subscription is set successfully.
Azure CLI login succeeds by using OIDC.
Running Azure PowerShell Login.
Error: Login failed with SyntaxError: Unexpected token 'WAR"... is not valid JSON. Double check if the 'auth-type' is correct. Refer to https://github.com/Azure/login#readme for more information.
