Update Readme: "Privileged Workstation Users" and "Privileged Workstations" AAD Groups required for PAW Scripts

Somewhat obvious once you dig into the code but probably worth noting in the PAW Readme:

You need to have "Privileged Workstation Users" and "Privileged Workstations" AAD Groups created as opposed to "Secure Workstation Users" and "Secure Workstations" for the PAW Scripts to run.
