Add keyboard navigation for the tag feed

Currently tags are only scrollable with mouse/touch. Implement left/right arrow handling that moves focus to the previous/next tag, scrolls the feed into view, and updates the active state. This improves usability for keyboard‑only users and aligns with the ARIA enhancements.
