Update README with a complete API reference table & live demo link

The README currently mixes prose and code snippets, making it hard to find the exact API signatures. Add a markdown table that lists each public method, its parameters, default values, and return type. Include a live demo link (e.g., GitHub Pages) and a GIF showing scrolling, tag activation, and ad swapping. This improves onboarding for new users.
