Dependencies and additional files sections missing

Those are read. What I suspect is that the version of the config parser the API has may have a bug that doesn't let it correctly read those values. As far as I remember, some bugs that were related were fixed in recent versions.

The API uses the config parser 1.0.73 since Autosubmit v4.1.11 has it fixed as a dependency, and we cannot change it because of what was discussed in BSC-ES/autosubmit#2607.

Hey @dbeltrankyl, I inspected it closely, and I found that the additional files were displayed in the configuration page after all:

For the dependencies in the first image, it is normal that it is not displayed since it is an empty value ({} is an empty dictionary), and the GUI omits it.

However, what I said in the previous comment is partially true because now that I'm making some tests with different config parsers versions (1.0.73 vs the one in autosubmit master branch) there are some differences. Here is the diff I made locally:
