Make AS GUI compatible with the 4.1.17 config parser (ignore ! YAML tags instead of crashing)

In BSC-ES/autosubmit#2851 "rt" parsing of yml config files was added.

I have a dev branch of auto-ece4 (which will become main) which uses 4.1.17-dev-conda version of autosubmit to allow to load ECE4 yml config files
It works.

AS gui also used to work for those experiments but recently something changed. Now I notice that the GUI and also tries to read in those ECE4 yml file (AS config points to them) and crashes. See example: https://earth.bsc.es/autosubmitapp/experiment/aa2s/tree
