Feature Request - add support for Scenario Outlines with Example tables

i'm using your repo to run scenarios as steps, but i'm getting
System.Reflection.TargetParameterCountException : Parameter count mismatch.
when i try to run a scenario outline with examples.
basic scenarios and scenario outlines without examples work great!
It would be even better if users could run scenarios with examples.
