getting the same issue in Android and iOS both.

It also happens with the following steps (Android):

1. Request permission (so that the system dialog is visible)
2. Tap on Android's home system button
3. Go back to the app by tapping its icon
4. Request permission again

It results in the same exception.

Same issue with the locked screen.
Reprodusible with the Flutter 3.19.6 and now with 3.24.0.
Android works fine though. Looks like android remembers the stack of the activities and restores it properly.
