To replicate I just set number of clients to greater than 1.

I still can't seem to replicate this anymore, could you provide the VRChat Logs for both test clients from steamapps/compatdata/438100/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/AppData/LocalLow/VRChat/VRChat/?

Consistently having this issue, the error is "VRCNP: Failed to create server: System.IO.IOException: Pipe busy". It doesn't happen on empty projects, but once I have a more populated scene, it happens every time.

I went poking around the code for the world patch, and was able to fix it by increasing the sleep delay to 4000ms. I'm not sure if this is the ideal solution though, as it may need to be longer for larger worlds. Let me know if you'd like me to test anything else.

Hmm, I remember something like this being the way VRChat did it themselves, but I thought it was something that had been fixed?
