I am assuming that you have made a bug report for whatever fixes you have made. If so, then it might be useful to link to the related bug report in the ReadMe, so people that view this can read about the issue and track VRChat's current status for an official fix.

I suggest just making it a section in the ReadMe and listing all related bug reports.
