Add failure task retry strategy as default template #2

Background
Community feedback: "Agent Team's real barrier is not the model, but task orchestration and rollback mechanisms."
Proposal
- Define a default retry strategy for failed tasks (e.g., Developer build fails, Codex review times out)
- Include rollback mechanism when retries are exhausted
- Make this part of the workflow template so new users get it out of the box

Pro feature: This is planned for the Pro (paid) version of iSparto. The free open-source version provides the core Agent Team workflow; auto-retry and rollback is part of the Pro tier (see product-spec.md). Community input on priorities is welcome.
