User story:
As a user, I want the application to handle errors and provide clear and helpful feedback so that I can understand and resolve issues.

Acceptance criteria:

• Add error handling redux middleware
• Add notification service https://www.npmjs.com/package/react-toastify
• Add common Notification Component (using same toasts library)
• When an error occurs, user expects to see a concise and easily understandable error message.
• Error messages should clearly state the problem and suggest possible solutions.
