Add logger class and quiet down

Let's preemptively get rid of all the print statements and use a proper python logging instance. While we are in there lets figure out how to quiet down tensorflow so that debugging is smoother.

iirc, all those spammy tensorflow messages are printed to stderr. So I guess you can just capture them there.

Separately, would you like to switch to a logger class instead of print statements?

A logger sounds kinda heavy-duty to me. I dunno. Having it just print can be nicer when I'm running.

Though all the spammy TF messages aren't important. That stuff can probably just be safely muted.

There's not much todo here. I created PR #43 to add a verbose option, but it doesn't supress much (see PR). If it is merged, I recommend closing out this issue.
