Prevent NSFW images from showing not just in model card but previews

Is there away to handle, (and i'm aware this is likely a pain since y'know XD Civitai's handling is hard to handle, y'all are amazing btw)

... filtering out R+ images on models?

So MOSTLY NSFW images don't show on the first pic, but whne you open it up on civitai with filters you don't see the NSFW ...

But MOST models i've been looking up on the browser end to save CPU/ram - have like 20+ NSFW images and that's valid, but having a way to filter that beyond the "Dont do NSFW MODELS" because NSFW models are one thing but NOT NSFW still slips trhough because how people work XD
