TFT_eSPI for Arduino Due using ILI9341 ?

Hello,

I was hoping to improve my project by using anti-aliasing fonts on my screen,
Scouring the internet lead me to this repo TFT_eSPI ... but i am unable to get it working on my Arduino Due MCU

Is this even possible, displaying smooth fonts on an Arduino Due MCU ?

The Due has limited memory so you might get a simple sketch running with a single small sized font but I suspect it would be slow to render each character. A Raspberry RP2040 Pico can handle the task if you choose to upgrade the hardware.

I would like to test it out, If you want to use my hardware and get some readings of performance, even if it is for a small sized font, i am ready, Please help me get it working(with the steps to have it up and running) just to test it out of curiosity.
