Add loading items from file

Being able to read item data from files (either ron or json, undecided) is something I'd ideally like to get done ASAP. Not exactly the most complex thing to do, but there will be a decent amount of stuff that needs to be handled, and I have yet to decide on the exact structure I'd like the data stored in.
