General note on usage restrictions for this collection of addons for the 
Arma game engine

This note explains that there are legally-binding restrictions on how you 
use this addon.

The Author of the Addon may permit you to use the Addon through their 
personal communications with you directly, or through an End-User 
Licensing Agreement (EULA) included with their work.

Absence of a EULA or permission means that the default license 
conditions from Bohemia Interactive
(https://www.bohemia.net/community/licenses) would likely be in effect,
including the Tools License.

ARMA ONLY: You may not convert or adapt this material to be used in other 
games than Arma.

Many Authors consider this to mean: Collection of donations for access to

per annum; clear purposes intended for or directed toward commercial
advantage or private monetary compensation; Use at a cybercafé, computer
gaming center, computer aided training center or any other location-based
