Slowness when switching presets.

First, I'd like to congratulate you once again on this incredible project!
I went a long time without updating my Waveshare 4.3B with two control pedals and was already finding the system a bit slow when switching presets. Last week, I updated the firmware and noticed a significant worsening of the slowness. Will there be any improvement in this situation?

Sorry for the delay, I was stuck at work...
Okay, the delay I noticed is in the screen refresh rate and when trying to quickly switch to presets that are further away.

Hi. The LCD update runs at a lower priority than the more critical parts of the system. I.e. the highest priority is to get the preset changed on the pedal.
Which version are you running?

I'm using the version V2.0.2.2
I agree that the display shouldn't be a priority. But the switches should also be a priority, after all, they're what change the presets.

You could try V2.0.3.2 beta. That one had some changes in this area
