Description
Current script is fairly easy to use, but it includes downloading with no clarification of what we would do to fill missing values. These are greatly increased in breadth because of the sharp filters.
We've had several people working with periods where there is missing data. We probably want to make sure the filling methods for this situation are apporpriate (ie, not just go to NOAA predictions with no subtidal filling). The offering could be more compact if we just include the csv for Point Reyes and Monterey but filled.
