Problem statement
Create hook for communicating with the API on the new Code Mapping Tool. Implement the hook as well.
What you need to know
Acceptance criteria
- File can be uploaded successfully
- Loading message appears when necessary
- Filename shown after being uploaded per design
- Return of all potential error states is accurate
- Table appears accurately in the appropriate state
- Reviewed/demo'd with Jillian for approval
