As a user, I want to be able to bookmark and store posts into folders or collections, so I can revisit similar-themed posts later.
This is important, as while bookmarking exists currently, they do not save anywhere and are merely cosmetic. This allows for users to revisit key posts, which is partially the goal of Account History, but in a more organized and intentional manner. However, this is not the most important, since we felt better question searching can cover some of the necessity of this feature.
