Technical Requirements / Acceptance Criteria::

Create/update Questions category + subcategories (Project 1 / Exam 1 / General).

Add a thread status field: Resolved / Unresolved (default Unresolved) -> Threads default to Unresolved and can be toggled to Resolved/Unresolved.

Add Accepted Answer: store acceptedPostId, allow mark/unmark, highlight the accepted reply -> One reply can be marked/unmarked as the Accepted Answer and is clearly highlighted.

Update the topic list UI to show status and allow filtering by Resolved/Unresolved.
