[Technical Questions] Baby data not refreshing properly even thought task is called to load baby in dashboard view #155

In what area do you have a technical challenge?Xcode, Simulator & Previews DescriptionWe are calling a task to load the baby, which should fetch the updated data from firebase. It loads correctly upon the first time switching to the dashboard view, but does not update thereafter, after adding new data entries or deleting data entries. ReproductionPull shamit/delete-entries branch and you can view dashboardview code. Expected behaviorShould fetch baby data everytime you either go back to the dashboard view or every time you switch to it (so everytime the view appears). @shamit05 I suspect that you either (1) keep track of that state right in your app within a shared data model or (2) use Firebase snapshot listeners to keep track of changes within Firestore. |
